About Us
SMAG was formed circa 1998 by 3 local Mini owners.
They saw the need for a club in South East Essex whose members had an interest in the Classic Mini. Although both the leadership and many of its members have changed since its inauguration, SMAG has retained the original ideals.

SMAG has its own fun days and members also attend many of the Mini shows and events that are held all over the country.

Fund raising is made for Charities, which have included Little Haven Children’s Hospice and Essex Air Ambulance.
 

Membership to SMAG is free and meetings are held on the second and last Wednesdays of each month at The Rose Inn, Wakering Road, Great Wakering from 08.00p.m. Click on map Image to the left for Google Map Location.

SMAG can either be contacted by email to smagweb@hotmail.co.uk, or by coming along to one of our meetings held at The Rose Inn, Great Wakering twice monthly, on the second and last Wednesdays, from 08.00 p.m.

Membership is FREE and a form can be downloaded from this website here and brought along to one of our meetings or obtained at a meeting.

Whilst it is obvious that SMAG concerns itself with Mini’s, we also organise other social events, especially during the winter months.
